Dr. Claytor has practiced child, adolescent and young adult psychiatry in Central and Southwest Virginia for more than 20 years with primary focus on child and adolescent psychiatry.
He has had extensive training and real-world experiences utilizing psychopharmacology to treat a multitude of psychiatric illnesses.
Dr. Claytor completed his psychiatric training at Georgetown University Medical Center in 1997, after graduating from the University of Virginia school of Medicine in 1993. He has primarily practiced in outpatient settings including Blue Ridge and Horizon Behavioral Healthcare, Family Preservation Services and National Counseling Group.
Monica Wiltjer, PA-C graduated from physician assistant school at Jefferson College of Health Sciences in 2015. She attended East Carolina University and graduated in 2012 with a degree in nutrition science. While attending East Carolina University she worked at the Tar River Howell Center, a non- profit long-term care facility, and at Pitt Memorial Hospital, which focuses on children with special physical and mental needs. She brings experience in the business aspect of the practice and executes much of the financial and accounting components.
Laura is a 2015 graduate of the Jefferson College of Health Sciences. She holds both a certification as a Physician Assistant and a Certificate of Added Qualifications in Psychiatry, both from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. Laura has experience working with both adolescent and adults in outpatient and inpatient settings.
Jessica Pacuch graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in 2015 with a Bachelor degree in Rehabilitation Science. She then went on to earn her Master degree in Physician Assistant studies at the University of Pittsburgh in 2018. During her collegiate years, she was proud to volunteer through International Service Learning, providing health assessments and care to underserved areas of Belize. She has worked at an urgent care facility for the past 5 years but has always had a specific interest in mental health. Jessica also enjoyed working as a Therapeutic Support Staff with children at an outpatient behavioral health facility in PA. She now looks forward to serving the pediatric and adolescent community of Roanoke.
