I am the Medical Practice manager for the clinic. I am a wife and mother of 3, Two daughters and one bonus son. I reside in Rocky Mount, VA and have done so for the majority of my life. I have an extensive background in customer service and human resources in conjunction with business management which I get to use everyday at work. I thoroughly enjoy getting to help out patients and interacting with each and everyone of you. In my spare time, I enjoy watching my kids play sports, being outdoors and Brunch anytime of day!

Blair Dethlefsen

I am the Billing Manager for Claytor Memorial Clinic. I have over 15 years experience in Medical Billing and Research and enjoy solving problems and seeing the results! I love being a part of a company that provides mental health care for our kids, adolescents and young adults as I've worked with kids since the age of 13. In my free time I love spending time with my wonderful husband and son. We enjoy cooking, traveling, going to concerts, soccer and hockey!

Ana Roman

I am the Newport News Site Manager, I reside in the beautiful city of Newport News with my husband and teenage student athlete son. We enjoy and live for all things football. After obtaining my Bachelors in Social Sciences and after 13 years of being in the financial industry,I made my way into the medical field and have truly enjoyed it. I believe that people who feel better mentally do better in life and I love seeing people smile. My goal is to always greet people with a smile and treat you like family.
