JUNE IS MENS MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS MONTH!
Men’s Mental health awareness month is crucial because it helps breakdown stigma, encourages early intervention, and fosters empathy and understanding. Men have just as much mental health issues as women, it’s just not talked about or shown as much.
